Corporate Reports Date of Accreditation Applicant September 2007 October 2007 EHA Environmental Health Course Accreditation Committee The role of the Course Accreditation Subcommittee is, on behalf of the Board, to receive and assess applications for accreditation of university undergraduate and postgraduate Environmental Health Officer qualification courses. Applications for accreditation are assessed against EHA’s Environmental Health Course Accreditation Policy. As can be seen the Committee undertook the following accreditation assessments. It should be noted that a degree course is now in place in Tasmania for the first time and this course has undergone accreditation Course University of Tasmania QUT Bachelor of Health Science (Environmental Health) Graduate Diploma in Environmental Health The accreditation policy has been accepted and used by the Western Australian Environmental Health Officers Professional Review Board for assessing the qualifications of EHOs outside Western Australia. Accreditation of Western Australian programs is done in conjunction with the Board.
